First think about what you want to achieve and what you will commit to

What are your goals and objectives?

If you don't have any, they are unlikely to be reached and nothing anyone does for you will change that.

  • Traffic to your website?
  • Leads for new and returning patients?
  • Positioning as an authority or influencer?
  • Something else?

3x per week

The minimum you can publish if you want to see success is at least three new pieces of fresh content, per week - every week. Going on vacation? No excuses! Store articles you can publish in your absence.

But success doesn't happen overnight. Your strategy should take into consideration that you'll probably not see results that move any needle for at least 6 months. Before you can begin to track cash flow as a return on your content marketing strategy investment, expect to consistently publish 3 or more pieces of fresh content per week for 75 to 100 weeks.  What is that worth in your time and effort?

Who will do the research?

You'll need to research your audience, their interests, and their expectations about your content?

Who will assist you in writing, grammar, SEO treatment, selecting feature images, and all the rest that goes into content marketing?

What do you want to share?

With Whom? Why that? Why now?

Its perfectly fine to curate other people's content, if you want to lead people to believe that the other author is the "author"ity. But if you want to position yourself as the expert, the "go to" person, you'll have to demonstrate your thought leadership with original content.
